Is there any place on the net where I can Submit Game Design + Storyline ideas? I have a game design and storyline (they fit together), its 2 years in the making, almost done. The thing is, I know I can't create the game, i do not have enough programming experience, but i just really want this idea. So I ask if anyone knows any places, please post.

Judging by your sig you have plenty of time needed to acquire the skills which would enable you to:

a) Produce the game yourself, or a simplified version of the game

or

b) Get the game into an alpha state which others would be willing to work on.

I suggest that you simply post the game idea here to get some feedback.

Give it to us and we can make a game after it. What is it about?

If you have a totally original breathtaking phenomenon of crap I'm drunk and can't think of the right words. If you have an original game idea, then it will just sit around for ten years until you post it. It will not make you rich unless you learn C++ and spend 2 years making the game yourself, so you may as well post the idea, and take credit for it. Maybe you will play a part in its development. Just be glad that your idea will be out there somewhere.

You could do a few things...

-Sit on it, and someone else will use it and nobody will believe you thought of it first, it's happened to me and I hate it

-Tell people about it, but it probaly won't get anywhere and other people might use your idea.

Or the best of all...

-Gain the skills and make an early version, get some mod-scene modellers and programmers in to help, build a small net-based team, and become the next Epic Megagames (they got their start through a shareware pinball game that funded the first half of Unreal development).
