I need a program that can instead of simply blocking a connection will
redirect it to another place. Example: I type "www.google.com" in the
browser and I end up in Yahoo. All of the firewalls I've tried simply
block the connection. Anybody know anything I could use?

Why do programmers always mix up Christmas and Halloween?

You could perhaps do it with the HOSTS file,
http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.htm

Adding
216.109.118.75 www.google.com
will send you to www.yahoo.com when you try to go to www.google.com

Our civilization faces three great dangers. The first is destruction by a nuclear war, the second is being crippled with overpopulation and the third is the Age of Leisure.

Yeah, I tried that allready, but I need it to redirect an IP to
another, so I can't use the HOSTS file. Something like:
127.0.0.1 192.168.0.0.1
