I have spent hundreds of hours collecting sprites from various sources,editing them and placing them in a bitmap, adding a DBA file to each bitmap, so they will load and animate.
2D and 3d(as 2D Sprites).Using DB, PSP, and Microsoft Paint.
As I don't have a website, how can I get them to you?

You could zip them, and put them on LLRGT. That's another DB site. Then put a link to the zip on here.
