Perhaps the mods haven't seen it yet.

Give them a break.

If the moderators had to power to ip-ban, we would have done it by now! Alas, we all have to wait for Rich to do it.

Or, the forum should always show our IP, like it was in the old boards, so that hackers here could make funny things with it

Wouldn't that contradict the Data Protection Act?

He has not been banned cuz noone is taking actions. This is called spam, and spam is crime. If this was my forum and I would have this guy IP I would right away open and action against him. His is actually doing the same thing many peoples do sending adds through our e-mails, so it could be over a trial if DB team wish so.
But, as not even his IP is banned, just show how bad adm this forum is... u dont see kids playing around in a forum with such serious subject as programming... Only here... 'nuff said

P.S: this is not aimmed to the mods, once they cannot ban IP's.

I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.

What if hes not on a static IP? How would you ban him then, Would you just ban his whole ISP from this forum because of one person? Then he could just as easily use another Dial-up ISP to cause some more havoc.

You're right he could, but there's no money in it!
