Long time no see, fellow-basicers. I finally got my
digital graphics-table today and though I still suck
at it, I have learned quite a bit already.
Hehe, as you can see at the pictures below, I kinda
felt inspired by Final Fantasy IX today.

Uh, the first picture I made... quite ugly actually.

Say hello to the mutated chicken!

You could say that this is a mix of Amanos and Minabas designs,
so that's why he turned out so crappy.

very nice clean style.

Ive found my tablet works better when i have friction so i use peices of cardboard over the actual tablet between the pen. it also keeps it scratch free and allows you to exert a little pressure for the pressure sensitivity features.

I reccomend next time you post images tho to use a _ character for any spaces.

would be

and you could just remove that - symbol to make it even neater.

to be honest Ive never seen a bad artist from sweden or norway on this forum for many years.

Thanks... I've renamed the images, Indi!

And I use Photoshop, CMOT. Haven't done that much yet since
I got the tablet yesterday... And thanks for the tips.

Hello again... just made some new sketches.
Boy, this is fun!

The reason why these pics don't look good is because
I hate spending too much time on them...

great work once again.

If you want these for game sprites perhaps create some mini boxes with predefined RGB colours and use those to colour your character.

IF your using photoshop start them on a transparent file so alpha work or see through areas becomes a breeze.

you could already build a childrens story book with a neat background and characters blinking into existance with speech bubbles with what you have already, or use that story as the prelude to a game sequence.

they would easily work as a portfolio piece in any illustration role or assignment in multimedia.

good work again.

Thanks, guys!
Ugh, I made some graphics for me and my friends school-project
(a remake of Castlevania2 for NES) and if you're interested, you
can check out my post in the "work in progress forum".
