why not do it the other way around keep the original and send them the copy because once the program asks for the cd (every 500 start ups on DBP) you'll be screwed.
But i do not think its legal but only you can get in trouble if you sell a burned copy to them but just making a copy for personal use is not illegal.

The search continues.

@Kequor

I think that way the licence is with Darkbasic, is one per member, therefore it will be illegal for you to send the cd to someone else

Kind Regards

key word personal, burning and copying AND sendinggiving a cd of DB to someone else would be illegal...the only case that making a copy of something copywrited is ok is for personal use (backup).

It's illegal. Basically, it's software piracy under another guise.

We offer substantial discounts on 5 (or more) copies of DBPro, contact us for details.

Cheers,

There's no other guise about it, that's just plain piracy.

Yep. Otherwise we should *all* get together and form our own "team". I can be the MD, and DB had better shape up if they want our (single) £100.....

Cheers

I am 99% probably lying in bed right now... so don't blame me for crappy typing
