EDIT - UPDATED DOWNLOAD - the springmaker utility now has moust support for connecting nodes, which makes building springs MUCH faster! new source included!

Here's a little app I made while I was away on business last week. It's a simple demonstration of spring physics!

* there is a util included to make your own spring systems as well.

* full source also included!

let me know what you think!!

DOWNLOAD LINK - http://walaber.dbspot.com/spring/SPRINGPHYSICS.exe - self expanding RAR file (only 440kb!!)

NOTE - using a spring constant above 0.7 seems to bring problems... also really small springs don't react well especially with a low framerate.

any comments welcome!!!

Could be a nice start to a good physics engine.

I'm thinking about making a simple demo of springs in 3D, it is *really* simple to convert my current code into 3D...

I have a cool idea for a game using spring physics... but it'll have to wait until I'm done with my Snowball fight game

Great! I'd like to see a filled version, and a ghosted version.
