i know this probally been ask a million times allready. but i counld find some helpful posts about it in the search..

anyways i finally have a finished model for my game. and was wonder what way would be the best to add animation.. bones?? and what program would be the easiest.. i have never animated a model befor so any helpful sites or anything would be apprecated.

i have 3ds max 4.2 and a demo of CharacterFX.
