DarkBASIC Discussion / camera position in a flight simulation

hi,
i have got the movment of the plane working correctly but i am having trouble keeping the camera at the tail of the plane when it pivots or rolls.

can anyone help me??

this is a simple problem to fix and involves triganometry.
I'll be quick here:

you need to have the X, Y and Z positions of the object at hand.
It may be wrong, since i haven't done triganometry for about a year.

Radius (this is the distance from the object in question)



Then all you do is apply the angles of the object to the camera.

When i have my site up i will place much more code for users to download and test for free.

I think DBPRo doesnt work with that kind of thing coz thats like the thing that I tried on DBpro but...Doesnt work!

Lol,

Im using a similar snippet like leade posted, so I know it works, which i learned off Oblivion.

If your not sure about all the commands of DBP its best not to throw in your 2 cents worth of nonsense regarding the subject.
