Yeah, it has some info, but it is a little lean. Probably the best thing to do is go to a local book store and see if they have it on the shelf. Then, you can decide for yourself if it is worth it.

That would be an excellent place to start. If you're in a town large enough to have a Borders, collect/print all the info you have on the book and see if your local library will order it for you.
