I always have thought that a person's first attempt at a "human" is pretty interesting. So i'm asking for people to post here pictures of their first attempt at a "human" model. or just try and help me with my modeling skills .

(not really a person, more of an alien thing... might take while to load)
(this has been smoothed a few times over...)

Heh.....cool idea for a thread.

Okay, this was my first ever character / biped model. I know the texturing stinks and I never worked out how to animate it (don't think the geometry would work animated anyway ) I hadn't worked out about keeping the polycount low either, so its ugly and far too poly intensive. Argh.



Laugh away....it is pretty awful.

It was made ENTIRELY out of cubes in all different solid colo(no u)rs
