I have written a program for visually making Particle Fountains for use in DBP. It writes full .dba source and has a number of preset templates.

Sample export:
"Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, No."

You mean the UI? Funny. It is designed to correctly display in the 640x480 DBP default resolution - maybe your PC does not support 640x480?

One last try with the link: http://www.aozf28.dsl.pipex.com/DBParticleFactory.zip

"the one who made dbpaint" That is me.

I'm struggling to understand where we are - so what are you looking for? A Windows Based Particle System?

I love Star Trek.
Especially the Episodes with Starships in.

DarthPuff - that sounds like Halos particle creator, it basically made sequences of images you could then import and playback on a texture to simulate particle effects without the massive overhead of calculating them all. Worked really well, probably stuck working on Cartography Shop now though - maybe he'll release in the future.

Cheers,

Rich
