Richard_davey is right, torque does not come with everything, you still need to pay for other items of s/ware.
This thread can turn into the flaming thread, i just want to add that both are good, but it depends on the user programming skill, not the library or s/ware.
If you are a good programmer, then you can produce something decent and commercial, regardless of the package be it darkbasic pro or torque.
Look at the creator of Riftspace as an example of what Darkbasic can achieve commerically.
Don't go buying a package and expecting it doing the work for you, you have to invest in the time, designing and developing the project. Thats the hardest part
