Well I've been working on my forum but there is one thing I don't know what to do with. Maybe you guys could help me. I don't know what:
-SQL Database Name
-SQL Username
-SQL Password

Or can you not do this with dbspot? Anyway any help is appreciated.

e-mail jimmy if you're using dbspot. He'll set up your SQL database and tell you what to fill in those fields.
