is it possible for someone to make me some relitavely simple 3D models for a game im making

You could always download some from websites that have free 3D models.

basically of 3D soldiers, and if i downloaded the models i wanted it woudl b illeagal, but using the pics and changing them isnt

No dice. I get errors when I cut-n-paste them into the address bar.
