unfortunately, i believe the only copy of RPGMaker 2k3 (or any version for that matter) is a warez version. I don't think it was ever released in america or outside of japan (in japan it is a commercial product sold in stores). way back when RM95 was released, some guy in russia name don something or other translated it and into english (well, kind of, heh, it was usable) and put it up for download, reasoning that since it was never going to be released in a language other than japanese it was ok (i agree with him). So now someone else has taken over translating the later iterations of the program and you might be able to find a good version (i mean really good, almost everything is translated very nicely and works too) at . . . well maybe i shouldn't here (terms and conditions and all). RM2K3 changes download locations all the time, so you have to contact a certain someone to get them to tell you where it is at this particular time.
oh, wow. insignificantpunks.cjb.net. we like orange treble clef notes, just for future reference.
