Ok, I have my flash thing...I need it so that it can detect when the mouse is clicked like DB mouseclick() function.

Is there an easy way of doing this in flash?
I don't need it to return what I'm clicking on...just whether I clicked.

All help would be greatly appreciated

Well...

If it can be done, it would have to work with the FScommand.
Which sends up to two arguments to the root app.

I have used this, having a Flash object in VB.

Yes flash has a click detection command in it. Look under the actionscript commands in Flash its in there some where. I think it's "on(mouseClick()){Do Something}". I may be wrong how i did it, but I can tell you the correct answer on monday when i can get to a computer with flash on it unless someone else gets it before i do.

You have to put it on a Button Symbol Only. If you want it on a graphic try this. Make a new Graphic Symbol then Put the button inside the graphic so it will be on the graphic. Same thing goes for Animation Symbols.
