I went to the main site and the forums. Both are 404 can't find. Doh! Sorry GuyS.

What people have issues between the RGT and these forums. I use BOTH. There are some people that only read one, so I post on both. I get the most feedback that way. (And RGT seems to be having lots of issues lately)

Actually, this one was intentional. With all the server problems lately, I have chosen to be pro-active and I am in the midst of a server configuration upgrade. With a little luck and a little hard work, everything should be up, running, and stable within 24 hours.

Well,I know they're down(again,shrug!) but that because they're my start page.

Anyways I hope there won't be a milion other posts about that since it'd'be likely to turn into another flame war.

I mean it's true.

Who need confirmation of a site's downing when it just doesn't work 50 times in a row...

héhé maybe that's GuyS willing to force the communities to get along...But I doubt that.

erm... its not hard to know if its down or not, if you go there and you get a 404 even after refreshing then oftenly that means the server is down...
I mean I don't have to phone up Lycos just for them to tell me my site is down

But I also don't flood here saying FMT is down again FMT is down again - as I kinda figure all the users to be able to understand when things have gone horribly wrong.

I think all RGT posts like this should be deleted. It always ends up with we fighting them and or they fighting us... so to avoid problems it should be deleted. Besides, we most are tired of posts of this kind... who actully cares if their forum is up or down...

Cool, good luck, but let a message there in ur forum/site, so then the guys does not come here everytime ur site is down. It's nice to say when the forum is down, in ur site...

(^_^) yeah good point, if guy has a .com or .net blah blah he should be able to change the path of the account so he can have like a freebie site like Tripod or something with a simple page that reads.

Hopefully that'll stop most of the "why has our forum gone!" posts ... i doubt it, but might hehee
