Chichester has now moved (metaphorically that is) from the Dark Ages to the Victorian Age, with the arrival of PC World. Sure, they are overpriced (£16 for an internal own-brand network card when you can get a better one from Dabs for half price), but its the presence that counts... Actually used (and turned off) an Apple notebook...

Now all we need is a large software to arrive and we'll finally be in the Modern Age...

On a completely unrelated matter, I had a nasty problem upgrading my router - for some reason the original upgrade didn't take, so I had to go to work, download a utility program (and stick it on CD), come back and force the upgrade through. The nice thing about Draytek is that if an upgrade doesn't take you can re-try it (unlike various other routers I can mention).

Hey, don't dis the welsh boyo, or your holiday home gets it.

Kappa slappa... heh, good old Viz blast from the past that one. Yep, single mothers at about 14 years old, ciggie in hand, wearing tracksuits. Tops.

Course there is always tinkers and gypos. Or joskins were I come from.

Personally I prefer Barrys. These are baseball hat wearing muppets who drive around in seriously underpowered cars with lots of rubbish all over them (think really big spoilers on Novas - For the europeans out there the Nova was what was always called the Opel Corsa, and for americans, well think little dinky car that your grandma should use to go to the shops). Check out [href]www.barryboys.co.uk[/href] for good examples (esp the forum). Don't try the .com as it is a sickenly little house on the whatsit type effort for this really 50's american family. Could be a pisstake, but you get the creepy feeling that it isn't.

Cheers

[EDIT] Actually the .com seems to be dead. Thank god....

I am 99% probably lying in bed right now... so don't blame me for crappy typing
