there are several ways

1)go to my site and download gtk-radiant, it is a bsp map maker
2)look for valve hammer editor, it is another
3)dbp comes with a .x to bsp compiler

If you load a Bsp it automatically does the collision for you? If so I am definatly getting DBP! that is so cool, can a BSP handle large outdoors type environments, or is it primaraly for small levels?

as far as i am aware you don't need either game for it to work but you will have to make a pk3 file containing textures (pakscape on my site will let you make a pk3) for it to use

when it asks you what game to make it for select quake3

Could you help me out a bit with this, is it something that happens automatically, is it a command that needs to be used, is there an example anywhere(I know the FPS example uses BSP). Please help. Thanks for reading.
