my friend who is making my models usually only makes movies so hasnt exported x files before for a game.
when he exports them for a ducking animation instead of the model ducking to the graound his feet come up to his waist. how do you make it so this doesnt happern.

He's probably offset the model upward and not realised...

If he recentres the model so that it's feet are where the pivot and model centres are, then it should be fine. Other than that, i don't have a clue without looking at the model.
