There is alot of extremely impressive work on there.
I would recommend heading over to Polycount, i think alot of them will be as equally impressed as I am.

Quote: ""Hello Josh,

Yes, Josh, I've took a look at this site. There are models and
textures taken from Kreed released in Russia and bought by
Acclaim for the word wide. This materials were stolen, either
they could be taken from the release disk in Russia. We'll do
what we can to close this site and to take to judge the people
from SkyFallen (game development studio also from Russia, city
of Voronezh).

Quote: "Concerning the legality of my personal site, I want to point out that I own all the rights
to these models. Yes, they were made for Burut CT, but that development team failed to
meet the verbal agreement conditions, and this tork wasn't paid or otherwise compensated
for in no reasonable way, Burut CT developers simply used the content in the game without
having any signed contract or agreement. I'll probably have to file a charge against this
unscrupulous company.

Concerning the status of these models. For noncommercial projects, you can use them
without any restrictoins (modify, make any additions, optimize, etc). If you want to use them
in any commerical project, please contact me at [email protected], I'll be glad to
discuss agreement details.

P.S. I don't understand Burut employees bombast, it seems to me that they are not informed
of the legal ascpects well enough."

Holy crap! Have you been taking English classes! lol

I dont think anyone was ever quite sure. I dont think they were legal, but I do think they were made by this guy. Either way its probably a bad idea to use them..

So this means, can't be used even for a freeware game? just 'untouchable' models for saying it that way?

the legalities in Russia are quite different; but i'm not russian so can't say either way. if you talk to him and ask for a response in russian though, I could translate it better than his broken english.

There's a problem with your models. The max scene uses bitmaps, but your texture pack is all DDS images.
