Hi i use for my games DeleD 3D, now i want to import my own textures, but i cant import them i must have a program that can save files with .dtp can someone helps thanks

I don't think you understand how DeleD works with its textures. You can simply put your textures in the Texture directory of DeleD. Then use the Texture Manager within DeleD to create .dtp files. Then use a .dtp file in your map. There, easy! No need for other programs at all.

Yes I am the programmer of DeleD and yeah, I'm from the Netherlands too. Considering your name ends with "tjuh" I think you are from Holland too right?
