i have tried the pandasoftware exporter, but when loading it into another program (eg dbp) its currupt (for eg objects are different sizes in ratio to other, if i had 2 cubes 5x5x5 it would end up as something like 7x7x7 and a 4x4x4 cube).

so now i've explained my problem, does anyone know of any other exporters that work with dbp?

thanx, Elliot

i have been using panda for a long time and have had no scale problems. this could be a problem in max. Try a resest Xform on all your objects.

I use max 5 and the pandasoft exporter. ive never had a problem with different scales like that. i customized the grid settings in max so that if i make a box 10x10x10 (even multiple) when i import them into dbp they are actually 10x10x10.
ive never had a problem with two objects that are modeled the same size being different sizes in dbp. what version of the exporter are you using?

[edit] tried looking around the forums, i had posted a link to a website that had the configurations for pandasoft so that they worked perfect in dbp even with animations. if anyone knows that link or what the settings should be, i could use the info again as well!

you can actually customize the grid and messuring of max so that 1 unit in max is equal to 1 unit in dbp. thats what i do so i know everything will be the right scale when importing into dbp.

what are the four walls made of in max, looks like they might be planes or maybe boxes? from the picture in max it looks as if the walls are missing some polys.
in my experience i have had problems export/importing objects into dbp from max when an object was missing a poly/face.
