New to 3d so will probably be asking a lot of foolish questions so please forgive me in advance.

When texturing a box or cube, the texture appears on every face of the box.

Is there any way to texture each face seporatley or wrap a whole texture round it ?

Thanks.

Well, the often simplest method is to make your own box in a 3D program, with the texture coordinates set how you need them.

In the case that you don't have such a 3D program, you could try using the command scale object texture to make the texture larger, or have a go at applying some sphere mapping to the object. Then again, these are both pretty much long shots, so they might not yield the results you're after!
