I don't understand why but when I create a program in DBC and run it in DBC I get a framerate of about 100fps. Then I compile it into an exe and run the exe and get about 60. Does this happen to anyone else?

It's not only my computer, every computer I run the .exe on the frame rate is right around 60 or so (plus or minus for processor speed and vid card and stuff) but nothing aproches 100fps.

my ESP doesn`t extend to reading your PC specs and the source code for your programs from where I am currently sat , code actualy runs a little faster in programs I compile here, do you use sync?, is the monitor refresh rate locking your top speed outside the IDE?, is the code compiled to run windowed or FSE?, do DB apps not compiled by you run at full speed (demos etc)?, sounds like your speed is locked by something other than just a compiler error, are you saying a 800mhz machine and a 3ghz machine with the same card both run about 60fps?, could be an error in the compiler configuration or the settings, or maybe a quirk of your code, could be anything realy, but I don`t get what you describe.
