3 Dimensional Chat / problem exporting animations in milkshape

I cant get an animation exported using milkshape. I think i looked at all the obvious causes:
Im Not in anim mode
Export as Direct X 8.0 file
Model is selected

I can load and see the model when its not playing but as soon as i start to play the model it goes into what seems to be a single polygon ->

can ne1 help

I should have changed my signature when asked
