i wanted to know how to properly display a .xfile in dbrpo ( i am a total noob please be gentle) i got a a mesh i am making for a game, a street with buildings, and marked off by barricades. how do i properly display a .xfile to show up on my screen? all i see is black. i have it at the right scale as i had it with another mesh what is a code snippet i could use to make it come up properly. thanx for any help.

sec0ndly is there any way to change the resolution of ya display?

load object "yourobject.x",1
should work

if you have a texture use
load image "yourtexture.bmp",1
texture object 1,1

I had a black screen once, ended up the probem was I didn't put the sync commands in the right place, cheack for that.

and finaly yes you can change the display mode"

SET DISPLAY MODE 800, 600, 16
or you can use 640, 480, 16 or whatever you need
