i have a hand i did in 3dmax 6 i need to animate it so i can load/reload a M4 gun. i wanted to know how do i animate with character studio bones/biped. can anyone help me? id appreciate it. thanx

you need to look at the tutorials that come with charater studio because you have to add the bones then apply a modifier, then use the motion controls - all a bit to much to explain in a forum post

PC Spec- AMD Athlon 2.0Ghz, GeForce FX5200 128mb, 512MB of ram, Win XP Home SP1

Error 0 = no error - how is this an error the???

u know where i can get tutorials? i dont know any links. can someone link one for me? thanx

cause i got the bones to attach but it seems to pull only part of the mesh the rest seems to stretch how do i need to do it? like i said if anyone can write a link id apprecaite it. thanx

You need to edit the vertex assignments to your bones. The manual explains how to do this...
