To everybody who uses our wonderful channel, and even to those who dont know about it. The channel is changing servers.

Everybody now needs to connect to:

Server: Lightning.chattingaway.com
Channel: #darkbasic

If you are not sure how to do this then go to chattingaway.com and connect through that site, Or connect through this site when i can ask Rich to change the server .

Visit the Db chat room, ask me for details!.

lol, it keeps changing! I keep forgetting the new one, it'd really help if RIch changes the TGC java version.

Also, how do you get to the tgc java version? It's probably just me but I can't find a link anywhere

Nothing wrong with power

So, how much (minimum) is a donation (only thinking about it, mind - I'm not know for wild spending sprees) ?

I know

If I do decide its going to take a while - Paypal doesn't accept the new Switch/Visa debit cards, so I'm having to setup a new VISA account, and then wait for my statement before I can totally finish the setup process - which could take a month

This is why I've take the 'Make a Donation' button off my site...

Paypal registration process is a real pain...

No it doesn't if you don't use a premier account. Granted that you can't accept credit card payments then, but that's why you should have 2 accounts. One for paypal to paypal transfer (no fees at all) and one for credit card and such money transfers.

Well, mnem and I have been waiting for me to finish a question list Final Fantasy trivia bot, which as a result of the wait, we have been non stop asking each other Final Fantasy trivia questions.

RANT REMOVED

Next thing i would like to see, is more people. That room dies sometimes... it just dies.

Also I would like to see some kinda IRC game to pass the time with.

Other then that i'm spent.

Thats why I stopped coming by, there are times there are 20 users there and no one is speaking, not even when spoken to! - not to mention everyone likes to idle in that room and go hang out in #Mormon

lame.

Yeah, occasionally I'll enter and give a friendly and quite normal: "YO, WAZZUP HOMIES, ANYONE READY TO PARTAH?!" and there's no reply, just silence, dead silence. Then I have to quickly make up an excuse to leave, "HIZAH, I GOTTA GO, MAH ROOF JUST FELL IN, U GUYZ CHILL YO!!11". I'd like to never see that happen again!

me, power?

the room is still the same. i just donate another server for the network.

considering foreverchat is largely a warez network. i would of thought you lot would be happy that it's on a anti-warez network now.

the only reason is because no one is advertising it enough... You all moan about not much users in there... well get some in there... Its called word of mouth. People who are stuck tell them to goto #darkbasic, people who are DB savvy tell them to come to #darkbasic.... Also there is not enough advertisement about it on here... there is a small little link hidden away at the bottom of a drop down menu.. what use is that?

this "Power trip" you keep mentioning :\ he aint on no power trip...

He gave his server to the network and thus he got server admin over it :\. I believe that is pretty fair seen as
A) it is his server
B) he knows alot about how it runs.

it also great that we have some say in the network seen as we can now make sure the network runs smoother and help the network become larger.
and we dont have to rely on them to sort out problems cause we can do it for ourselfs.

Isn't it funny how everything that seemed different before is so much clearer in its new perspective... solely in retrospect?
