Here are 191 named colors. For me this is easier to use than remembering RGB values. Maybe someone else will want this too.

Why learn the RGB colors?
Just right click on the screen and choose RGB color picker......still

yeah, but it's a very good idea to name the rgb values 'cause when you see this code "RGB(190,97,52)", you don't know what color it is. You can know that it's a red with a few modifications, but you don't really know.

but when you see "db_tomato", you know without calculating what color it is ^^

Write a DLL - in this case a lot of functions, and stick them in the plug-ins directory.
