Can someone tell me an adress where i could download animated .x or low-poly .3ds models? I would be glad, if those would be some sort of RPG creatures/characters.

Before now, I was looking for models on the web. I found hardly any low poly models. Looks like everyone posting work makes it all high poly. Your best luck would be make your own. That way, they can be perfect for your game.

I too, am making an RPG. We have a modeller (I thank him every day for his work ) but I am learning to model to help him out. Id suggest grabbing milkshape and having a go at it!

I think maybe you are right !!

Anyways...... here you can find some low poly creatures/characters for FREE.

There are also some very good tutorials on using Milkshape, Which incidentally, can make "quality" low poly models... and HIGH poly.

Hey Yosepp,
Well you could try www.3dtotal.com That site has just about every 3D resource on the net (either on-site or linked). Far better then www.3dcafe.com in my opinion. But I doubt you'll find any. Like RPGamer I've searched high and low for 'suitable' models and never found any, so looks like we all have to make our own.
Anyway good luck to you,
Sina.
