Can anyone direct me to some some Wings 3d tuts, some that teahc you how to use the program and some that show how do make humans with it?

just go to wings home page, download user manual (it contain tutorials hove to use it) and follow links under Learning Wings section.

I recomend these two:

they are not for Wings but you can do the same in Wings as well.
however they are for more experienced modelers.
