I am using two different objects to make my character. One consists of the head, legs and arms in .X Format. The other is the clothing and tail, in MD2 Format. The problem that I am experiencing is that both models are programmed to play multiple animations, and the X model works fine in DBPro, meaning that it will play frames 1-19 or 51-89 and then repeat them. The MD2 part, however, plays the entire set of animations instead of a selected part. If anyone knows what's going on, please help.

I'm using 3D Canvas Pro to build the models.
