3 Dimensional Chat / nuclear glory slow down

hi people, i am doing well in making my first 1st person shooter but i have found that when i activate the nuclear glory collision dll it will slow the frame rate of the game alot.

with the collision turned off it will run at 115 frames but when i turn it on it will jump down to 37.

there is only a box and a small room in the game so there should be no slow down.

also if i set the sync rate to 60 the frame rate will drop again to 13.

does anybody have any idea why this is happening?
