This definetly is one of the best ones I have ome across. I know one of our members made another DB forum, but I don't have the address right off hand. Not much activity on it just yet, but it just lanched a few days ago I believe. Any one else know the Site?

My Forum: http://curvedbasic.dbspot.com/Forum/

Can't honostly say it's popular site(58 members), but it's the only other DB site other than LLRGT I can think of with a forum..

all of those are forums not community sites like for example:
www.create-games.com
which is a community site of clickteam...
is there something like that here?

Does that site actually provide anything different from what is provided here?

News -> Newsletter, forum posts
Downloads -> Work in progress, Program announcements, Showcase, Codebase
Competition -> Announced in the newsletter & forums
Articles -> Tutorials and Codebase, but we are a bit light here
Previews -> Work in Progress
Boards -> Where you are at now
GOTW -> Rich points out highlights in the newsletter
Polls -> Don't have this specifically - we use forum posts.
Chat -> Use the dropdown box on the top right.

Did I miss anything?

Confusing post that one. Maybe he means a webring? I remember being part of one years ago, but long since dead.

Heh, reminds me of the Harry Enfield double-take brothers.... "I wish there was a DB community website" (looks at screen where he is typing message on the community forum) "AAAAAARRRRGGGHGHGHHH!!!!!!". Hehehehe!

Cheers

I am 99% probably lying in bed right now... so don't blame me for crappy typing
