I use IE6, as I've got XP SP2 RC2. Its got a very nice ad-blocker.

I use firefox:
Tabbed Browsing
Popup Blocker
Works with .PNG
Sticks to web standards (css)
A Nice Download Manager
Search Toolbar
Hundreds of extensions (I only have a couple though)
I would say its safer as well, but this is probably mainly due only to spyware and stuff which specifically targets IE

I still use IE but only if the page doesn't work in firefox. I found a handy extension which opens the offending page in IE so there's no hassle

Firefox is good, but as Ronaldaveo says, you still need IE as a backup. Not everything works in Firefox, mainly because it was designed to work in IE, which is Microsoft's standard, not the recognised standard.

I also use Crazy Browser ( http://www.crazybrowser.com/). It's a free wrap-around for IE, has tabs like Firefox, and many other features. It also has an Adblocker, and secures some ogf the security flaws in IE.

Download the google toolbar and enable pop-up blocking as well. Tried out Mozilla on my Linux machine, but I don't like it very much.

Netscape 7.1 on most machines.
Netscape 4.6 on the old Linux boxes at work.
Internet Explorer 6 only when I have to.
Arachne when using my FreeDOS partition.

would use firefox for reasons above but IE6 because i know it well, ive never seen a pagedisplay wrong in it and i cant be bothered to download it (and risk being shot by my dad)

firefox - i like this browser
mozilla - used to use it
safari - apples browser is really good
IE - work related but yuk no way if i can help it
netscape - sometimes for newsgroups and email and work.
pheonix - gave it a bash bit limited


older ones ive used are cyberdog mosaic and lynx

Firefox. It has everything IE6 w/ google toolbar has, with better speeds, tabbed browsing, less memory hogging and a load of extentions.
