Well, I am going to build myself a new PC as I am fed up with DELL PC's and their horrible tech support. I am wondering, what are some places I can purchase parts for my new PC??

[href]www.pricewatch.com[/href] if your in the states

If no-one gives your an answer to a question you have asked, consider:- Is your question clear.- Did you ask nicely.- Are you showing any effort to solve the problem yourself

Just had a look on newegg.com, SIMPLY AMAZING!!! GeForce 6800 for $280! Although, I'm in England, so I don't know if they can deliver it here. Damn that ocean. Damn it to hell!

PS, do any of you know if newegg.com delivers to the UK?

Rigt, I've checked out newegg.com and it doesn't do international orders, but I think tigerdirect.com does! And, there's a GeForce 6800 for $310!!! (£165).

All is well in the land of computing

@ Zero Blitzt:

Do you live in the USA? If not, where do you live? I'd like to know if Tiger Direct can deliver to the UK, and charge in British Pounds.

Cheers!

What would you people suggest for a video card? It needs to be capable of handling games with high graphics resolutions.

or
http://www.kelkoo.com (for anywhere else)

It finds the lowest price from a large range of retailers.

Get at least 128mb. A radeon9600 pro / geforce fx 5900 or better will do nicely.

Eat Much Pie, do you have any friends in the US who might be able send you the parts after they order them? If the savings are enough to warrent that that is.
