Wait! Ground rules! Are these totally free, or do they just have to have a free version? Can they be incomleted programs that are not for sale yet (such as EatMuchPies's Checkpoint Router)? What about Shareware?

Ahhh! I suppose that the only rule is that they must have to be fully funcioning for game dev. Something like Nuclear Glory's Collision would not count (even though it is way worth the petty price) because it shuts off after a few minutes, rendering it not usable for a completed game. Well, on with the list!

Another:

Matrix Molder-It will mold a matrix over an imported .x or .3ds terrain, therefore allowing for a much better feel and movement over it. A must for 3-D racing games!

Go to the GameSpace website: http://www.caligari.com/gamespace/gsl/gsL.asp TGC website says that there is no free trial of GameSpace, but you can get GameSpace Light on their homepage, which is a fully funcional modeller!

Maybe somebody should copy-paste DarkGuy's thread from the DBC board? That is a massive list.
