Ahhh! I suppose that the only rule is that they must have to be
fully funcioning for game dev. Something like Nuclear Glory's Collision would not count (even though it is way worth the petty price) because it shuts off after a few minutes, rendering it not usable for a completed game. Well, on with the list!
