Is there any way to get the co-ordinates of my object to show up in the top left side of the screen? i have tried a little bit of code that i saw for camera co-ordinates but it doesn't seem to work for the object, i can't even get the FPS to show at all.

any ideas?

Here ya go, the code is a bit messy at the moment but that is only because i'm testing ideas in the code at present when i eventually get all my ideas right the code will be neatened. I have tried putting the code snippet you suggested in all over the place in the code but it still wont work and i don't understand why.
