Is there a way i can add cheats into my game, so like if in game i typed (I.E. "givemeallweps" it would give me all weps in game) ? is that possible?

That would be easy. You could make a "cheats screen" where you have

input "What is your cheat? ";cheat$

if cheat$="givemeallweaps" then blah blah blah

You just need to tell the game what to do if the cheat is entered.
