RPGamer... he's cool

TCA... he's cool as well

Rich, of course... for not banning everyone after all of those ng collision dll questions...

DavidT... for being such a creative idiot and making Merc2...

Raven... yeah I know, but still... mostly for not flaming all of us for critizing his sig (but I still think he needs to change it... )

gothboy 101/jimmy wannbe... for not giving up despite all of us 1337 types flaming him for starting a RPG thread without even any screens... turns out he was <13, as well... (I'm suprised that thread wasn't locked... point goes to Rich for that one )

Mind Storm 101... for all of the cynical crits he's given us...

and last but most, zircher, for being such a treasure trove of information and being so free with it

And yes I know, this list expands abit on the guidelines, but these ppl need a bit "THANK YOU!"

~Hawkeye

oh yeah, almost forgot... those ppl who made DBP... now what was their names? Thanks Lee, Mike, Rich... For making such a kick-a** game dev tool (who cares about those bugs anyways, they're features! )

Bring out the mercenary in you!

Van-B/Hamish/MikeS/Mnemonix/RPGamer/Kentaree/Liquidz_Snake/Las6/Blivvy/etc (not including Megaton, Jimmy, Pet Rat, or Mattman): For always being there and not being total idiots like certain forum members on this forum.

Rapscallion: For straightening my act when I first joined the forums

The TGC Team: For Dark Basic and Dark Basic Pro

RobK/IanM/TCA/Walaber/Wolf/etc: For being the plug-in guru's on the forum and helping me to get my OpenGL plug-in to where it is (stuck in a bloody corner, though thats mostly my fault, was inspired way too much by you guys ).

My Mom and Dad: For the money for my computer and DB/DBP.

My Right Hand: For helping me write down ideas (if you're thinking I'm thanking my right hand for a different reason, you're a bit sick and immature).

My 7th and 8th grade Math Teachers: For letting me start programming games on the schools TI calculators.

The list can go on and on, but I'll leave it at that.

Cheers,
Preston

Yeah, its not that hard with the TI Basic language stuffed into the thing. Also, there's a third party C++ compiler for the TI-89/92/92+/Voyage200 that compiles right to machine code for em(so its quite a bit faster than the basic language). Should be somewhere on http://www.ticalc.org.

Cheers,
Preston

Thanks guys, you lot are a godsend for folk like me who live in areas where coding is held in the same regard as cattle-buggery and dognapping.

There's so many cool people here it's tough to name names without leaving people out, I basically have a lot of respect for anyone who actually achieves what they're after from DB without giving up.
I will say that Kevil and UWDesigns help over the last year has been invaluable, thanks .
