Well the following is my attempt at a human, I know the head needs to be fixed and the hands and proper feet culd do with adding but I did this without knowing the proper steps of box modeling and I barley know all the features within Wings 3D.

Now technaclly this is my second attempt but really I saved my first attempt to multiple files because it came out bad, and just wore regular clothes, but it uses the same base.
Criticzing is welcome... to a point.

Eh...As you know one could be cruel on such a model..and rightfully cruel. But I'll be kind. Since I suck really bad myself. Eh...read all the tutorials you can, model more..draw..study human anatomy. And STUDY THE MASTERS. Goto cgtalk.com and look at some of the find work on that site.

Cuz personally, I'd be ashamed to post that as mine. I'd be like 'he did it..not me!' But believe it or not, I've told you how to get good. Its how everyone else got good. Pratice..pratiec and studying the human form. But we can give ya some slack sinces it's your second attempt and the you're not really familiar with wings3d.

cheers!

Uh, thanks I guess.
One thing to point out was that I didn't really know all the functions of wings and I didn't use a tutorial so that gives me some credit right?
Oh shut up Ion Stream it was mr fricken first attemtpt. I'd like to see your models. By the way, the extruded parts on him are bits of armor.

@Anime Blood: First model huh? Much better than my first model (which was space ship that had way too many polygons because I used the smooth function too many times), keep it up

@Ion Stream: But with all due respect, you're also a c*nt too, as well as someone who I suspect can't give proper C&C, which is what this forum needs much more of, but we'll leave that matter for a different time, different post.

Cheers,
Preston

Looking good, I like the tortoise shell type armour on the legs and chestplate, maybe it's a little thin around the stomach area but good on ya for sticking at it. There are a lot of guns around that people made as first models but I'm guessing few people could say they made a human as their first proper model.

Thanks, that boosted my confidence, not much but some, I'm going to keep at, it and I'm probably going to buy some books on anatomy of an anime body and human. Oh wait I already have an anime one.
Stay tuned cuz I'll post more models when I make 'em...
