I need help in finding a 3d modeler that can tailor to creating inside and outside environments. Not like "Geoscape" more like "cartography shop" preferably free or very low priced as because I am only 16 and I'm not not going to be able to spend a wad of cash on a program.

I need something thats able to create innards of levels and also outsides such as towns and forests not just land.

If anyone knows a free 3d modeler that can do this please let me know because I am looking foward about getting into 3d game making.

Excuse the self-promoting but you could try DeleD for it was initially designed as a leveleditor. Alternatively, see the sticky thread above!

Btw, for forests, there is a free tree-maker program but alas, i forgot the name...

rish should make every topick in 3d board automatically paste , get deled, then that would save you lotsa time

Yeah, I know what you mean. But well, people are looking for level-modellers and DeleD happens to be one, so what can i say... But seriously, if people think i'm promoting too much, lemme know and i'll try to make less DeleD remarks!

I don't think you're promoting too much, simply showing people an option of level creation, I use DeleD and find it great

can deeled create outside to inside like if I wanted a simple town and a house that you could walk into you know can it do both outside and inside.

Sure, that's no problem. Just create your town by creating various houses, place them all in 1 scene and export to .x which DB can read. The houses would just be models like any other model, it's the 3D engine that lets you walk in and out the houses.
