I have a program that fires a cannon. I have questions about fixing these problems.

1.)The cannon ball's path is changed based on random wind directions and gravity. For some reason, the gravity is not working. The cannon ball just goes strait up and never comes down. How can this be fixed?

2.)The speed of the cannon ball can be adjusted. The only problem is that if you use the move object command, it will appear to be skipping at higher speeds. However, if you set the move object command to a low number, the cannon ball goes too slow. What I want to know is this: How do you speed up a 3d object without making the program skip?

Thanks in advance

This should probably go in one of the coding areas.

1) need to see your code

2)the only way for it not apear to skip is to have a higher frame rate...which depends on your code
