Here they are. Being modelled and textured by Brent - PROPS ALL TO HIM!!

I'll include the concept so you all should get a general idea of what he will look like when done. His hair/bandana are still in the works but other then that the model is FIN!

Concept Image
Full Figure Shot
Facial Detail
His Pants! The texture so far

UPDATE! Face shots!

Deens Face WIP

The model is only 2.5k polies now, and the hair/bandana should add much more to that total

How do you like?

Cheers

RPGamer

Now that's what I'm talking about John! That's what Deen needs to look like.

Good work Brent.

Geometry looks great so far. I'll comment on the texture once that's complete.

Brent uses Lightwave, but remember - its not the program, its the user Stuff like this can be done in Milkshape, it can be done in 3DS Max - Brent just likes lightwave the best

Deleted those 2 posts cuz one was 1 word spam and the other would have led to a big modeller debate knowing everyone here

Very nice. One thing though, the coller (sp!) looks a bit high. But if all the models are that quality ED will be one sweet looking game .

Isn't it? Wasn't it? Marvellous!

Here he is so far. Jacket is just about complete, chest muscles still have to be added along with texuring the boots and the belt and such.

A little more detail has been added on the jacket, and the patch on the backside of the hand is now there.

Quote: "I find it quite impressive that you got that model out of the original concept sketch O_O"

I'm not sure how to take that really..lol. Yeah, I've a slight anime slant to my drawings. And I wish it weren't so, but I modelled for a more realistic look.

Quote: "the gloves and boots are kind of wird, honestly."

His Gloves, boots, and belt..these textures are not done, and merely place holders. I've been trying to figure out how to unwrap his boots with creating a horribe seams somewhere. It's just one of those shapes thats nearly impossible to unwrap with some significant seams or seruious streching...But I'm always up for some humble or humbling opinions!

then again RPGamer did Say:

Quote: "chest muscles still have to be added along with texuring the boots and the belt and such."

But no one listens to him anyway

If I'm not out causing mischief and trouble tonight I'll try to get his glvoes and belt outta the way.

Cheers.

All Right,

RPGamer. I believe I've done. I've reached the point that us artist like to call 'burnout'. I dont believe there's anything left to do. I've fixed up his boots and hands, and added a few bangs over his forhead. Also I've upset the symetery in his jacket. Check your mail.

How did you make the clothes? Are they just directly textured on the guys body or.. like another mesh?
