Okay, I uploaded all my files on to the net2ftp, now how do I actually "turn" it into a website, all it does is have the directory on the page with the subdirectory and txt files, html files and img files, so how do I compose this is into my webpage?

the main page needs to be either...

index.php > if none is found..
index.html > if none is found
index.htm

so, i'd assume your files are standard htm, rename your homepage one to index.htm or index.html

well first if it runs on ur harddrive then it will work, just name the page you want it to load first index.htm or html and open that, that should work

silver , its basically a light grey, then theres grey and then something else

so its #999999 OR #111111 i cant remeber, ones dark ones light, between that is #333333, #666666, im not sure if the 1 one works , otherwise type silver

I changed the font color. Anyone know how I could go about mouse over links (the hovery ones), and make them stay silver, even if you've visted the page? Because the links with an underline and being blue is just god awful.

you need to make a CSS file if you havent already got one and u add a:hover, a:visited, a:active bits at the start of the file

lol, i put all my styles in CSS, so does everyone (Rich does, David T does etc) and its simple, do u have the styles in the file? or do u have the styles in the tags themselves.

btw you can make ur email available for msn, and if u have xp u have a messenger
