I ordered DB V1.xx online and all I needed was a code to upgrade the demo version I was using, they sent that to me through e-mail and It took about three weeks for them to do that, and I never got any replies to my e-mails asking what was taking so long. I ordered DBP through Real Game Tools and got the program in less than a week through snail mail and I inquired about my order and had a prompt reply. They are much more professional in business and coustmer service than the DB team in the U.K

Yes, I dont think they answer e-mails through the web site (common with most companies, I think). You could either phone FastTrak or e-mail them directly.

Good news everyone! I really am THAT good...

After a lot of searching I found the best place for me to buy it in the UK was from Amazon.co.uk (£50). It arrived in 3 days. I couldnt find anything on this website about buying it in the UK so had to find out about Amazon myself.

I got mine back in October - I ordered on a Tuesday afternoon and received next morning (using credid card and telephone to order from fastrak). I got mine in less than 24hrs - so if, like me, you from ole blighty demand promt service (the minute they got your credit card no. they got your cash - so tell 'em to post it first class - they got no excuses)
If, unlike me, you from good ole US of A still demand promt service (the minute they got your credit card no. they got your cash too - so tell 'em to post it NOW (dunno how quick 1st class post reaches usa but 3 or 4 weeks seems to me to be takin' the piss) - they got no excuses)
BTW happy new year.

your in the USA, you should have ordered from RGT. Anywho, you didn't, so I suggest email Rick or Lee directly.

I have NEVER recieved a reply to any emails I sent via the site, don't know why, they were always few, important, and polite. VERY impreoffessional grrr.

That said I ordered DBPro from this site and it was delivered by the NEXT DAY - not kidding!

Specialreserve does indeed rock. Nice free gifts too

Hello,

I did the same as you. I ordered from this site in the UK and should have ordered from the US site. I ordered through the share it! system and now I am being told that my order cannot be found. Well they found my money quick enough but finding my order and shipping it is another story it seems. I am getting very worried at this point.

Hope you kept the e-mail that ShareIt! sends - if I remember from ordering Cartography Shop, it should have some sort of order number that they should be able to use to search for your order, do a new one or refund you.

I ordered through Share-it 14 days ago with no indication of package being delivered. I email them and they say they just take orders and don't do delivery so I must contact someone else...so I did and now I await their reply.

I am getting pissed off. If this is a common occurence for delivery then I suggest the DB team seriously consider changing their order fullfilment partners.

This was in one of the like 5 emails I got from share-it when I ordered my copy of dbpro.

"If you have questions concerning the arrival date of the product ordered or
if you have general questions, please contact the publisher of the software
directly at [email protected]"

I emailed him and got a responce, within the next day or so, pretty fast. He told me when exactly it was shipped, in my case I ordered on dec 13 -> it shipped dec 17 -> arrived dec 26.

If your ordering from share-it and are in the us, you can expect it to take its time especially if you use usps

One other thing, the order number share-it asks you to keep track of incase you have problems, there is no use for that. The FAQ on their site blows, didn't tell me anything. It is very generalized...and the e-mails I sent via their site were never responded to, so I wouldn't waste my time doing that if I were you.

I am the very disease you pretend to be.
