what you actually get is just the SDK, which is Visual C++ libraries and manual + the DirectX 8.1 Debug (which is specific hardware compliment) + Format Reader/Writer using WinXP Professional or Win2k
certainly is an interesting software selection, because you also get sent that on CD with a controller. (nice to know they atleast threw in the controller lol)
funny thing is alot of the developers don't even use the PCs to test the hardware, they use an SDK Xbox which is a futher $15,000 ... i mean to developers this is cheap, but to most bedroom devs well lmao
