When ever i make a final EXE file, it has that little silver icon. Is there any way i can change it?

Ya there are proggys out there that you can use to change it. I just cant remember where they are. Was there one on the archives CD? Dunno. Someone will tell ya

Works?? How many colour? All I can change now is a 16 COLOR icon.

I had a cool toy to change icons But a virus ate it .
Once I could manage to change a icon with winXP, but I don't remember how... I think I've openned the paint, made my icon and saved as .ico. Then I switched the .ico from the exe with my icon... BUT, I could have just dreamed that I did too , I hate when it happens...

This lets you edit all resources-such as icons, menus, version info etc. like in C++.
